Shirley has been in the learning and development industry for over 16 years with great exposure to all types of organizations. She was a business manager and at leadership team involved in the areas of business operation, business development, event management, sales & marketing, new market development and partnership management. She has helped to turn around two negative bad debts companies into profitable. She was working in Malaysia, Singapore, China and Hong Kong.

Shirley is a firm believer in “knowledge + action = transformation”. Learning and knowledge is at the lower level of training, the utmost important is bring training to higher level, help learners to apply what they learn thus turn into business results. Essential Leadership Program preparing participants to become the leaders of tomorrow, especially those newly transition into their new roles. It is structured to provide opportunities to participants to enhance their learning experience and develop important leadership skills.

The program equips participants with the leadership potential and professional to pursue a grater career change, through various competency activities designed for them.
