This seminar is built around Claude specifically — the AI that reads a full valuation report or tenancy agreement in one pass, remembers your properties and clients across every chat, and writes a listing, a reply, or a report section in your own professional voice, in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin.
Across five hours, participants move from prompting fundamentals into Claude Projects (permanent memory of their properties and clients) and Claude Artifacts (a real pricing report, listing brochure, or report section, built live) — closing with the client and report communication every agent, property manager, and valuer sends out daily.
This is a generalist session: one method, taught once, applied to whichever document each participant sends out most in their own work.

- Building a Project so Claude remembers your properties, past clients, and house rules across every chat
- Hands-on: set up your first Claude Project
Module 3: Claude Artifacts — Real Documents, Built Live
- Turning a chat into a ready document: a pricing report, a listing brochure, or a report section — in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin
- Hands-on: build one real document, live, following the trainer
Module 4: Client & Report Communication
- Inquiry replies, viewing follow-ups, owner updates, report drafting — where AI drafts, and where your professional judgement signs off (valuation conclusions, contract terms)
