Introduction
This workshop will introduce those managers to human resource concepts. We will walk you through the amended Employment Act which include the new working hours, increase of maternity leave; and cover some issues that arise such as compensation, and discipline. At the same note, participants will be clearer on the details for amended employment act which effective on 1st January 2023. All relevant provisions under the Act will be highlighted including the EMPLOYMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT 2022.
